About us
Free Flight Instruments was officially founded in 1999 as an independent daughter company of DTC International (industrial communication systems). Our geographical market area is mainly based on the Netherlands and Belgium. The main purpose is to work as a stock holding distributor of instrumentation for the industry of non-motorised aircrafts, such as hanggliders, paragliders and hot air balloons. However, we also provide technology for UL aircrafts, marine applications, kitesurfing, motorbike riding and other kinds of outdoor sports.
Deliveries are mainly through authorised dealers such as flying schools.
Within 2 years time after our "take-off", our policy appeared to be successful, resulting for example in a major growth in sales of our main supplier/partner Bräuniger Flight Information Systems in the Benelux region.
PRODUCTS:
The main product range is based on instrumentation, such as alti/variometers, radio- communication, anemometers ( wind speed), weather instruments, gps, wrist-top computers and accessories such as specialised protective eyewear for outdoor sports, aviation helmets, karabiner, cockpits (PG), towing releases, gloves, books and many more products.

- Delivery: we aim to deliver about 98% of all of our products as indicated in our pricelists ex stock. Delivery time for the Netherlands: 1 day ; for Belgium: 2 days. Other countries within Europe : est. 3 days.
- Product range: we are proud to represent the best manufacturers in the industry of free flight instruments.
- Repair service: not only do we carry spare parts of ALL major instruments on stock; we also aim to repair 80% of all damaged products the same day when they arrive.
- Consultancy: our products are available through our dealer network. These people will be able to answer most of your questions and supply the best product for you to fly with. However, for specific questions you are most welcome to contact us directly.

Ons geografische werkterrein is voornamelijk in Nederland en België. De hoofd produktgroep is gebaseerd op instrumentatie, zoals alti/variometers, radiocommunicatie, anemometers ( windsnelheid), weerinstrumenten, gps, polscomputers, en toebehoren zoals gespecialiseerde oogbescherming voor buitensporters, pilotenhelmen, karabiner, cockpits ( PG), sleepreleases, handschoenen, boeken en vele andere produkten.
