Our Unique Selling Points are strongly customer orientated, e.g.:
- Delivery: we aim to deliver about 98% of all of our products as indicated in our pricelists ex stock. Delivery time for the Netherlands: 1 day ; for Belgium: 2 days. Other countries within Europe : est. 3 days.
- Product range: we are proud to represent the best manufacturers in the industry of free flight instruments.
- Repair service: not only do we carry spare parts of ALL major instruments on stock; we also aim to repair 80% of all damaged products the same day when they arrive.
- Consultancy: our products are available through our dealer network. These people will be able to answer most of your questions and supply the best product for you to fly with. However, for specific questions you are most welcome to contact us directly.
ONZE KRACHT:
Onze kracht (USP) is dat we zeer sterk klant georiënteerd te werk gaan. O.a.:
- Levering: we streven ernaar om 98% van al onze produkten die in de prijslijst staan uit voorraad te kunnen leveren.
- Levertijd: in Nederland: 1 dag ; België: 2 dagen ; de rest van Europa +/- 3 dagen.
- Assortiment: we zijn er trots op dat we de beste fabrikanten van instrumentatie mogen vertegenwoordigen op het gebied van de motorloze vliegsport.
- Reparatie service: We hebben niet alleen de onderdelen van ALLE belangrijke instrumenten op voorraad; we streven er ook naar om 80% van alle beschadigde apparatuur op de dag van aankomst hier te herstellen.
- Advies: onze produkten zijn beschikbaar via een uitgebreid dealernetwerk. Deze mensen kunnen praktisch al je vragen beantwoorden en daarnaast het produkt leveren dat het beste bij jouw wensen aansluit. Echter, voor zeer speciefieke vragen kun je ook direct kontakt met ons opnemen.
